Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the won555 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without notice. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. won555 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access due to user negligence. Please report any suspicious activity to our support team immediately.
Won555 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure account security and regulatory compliance. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of the account.
User accounts are personal and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in immediate closure of the account and freezing of any remaining balance.

Permitted Use

- Depositing funds using verified payment methods
- Contacting customer support for legitimate assistance
- Accessing the platform from Malaysia using a personal device
- Complying with all applicable game rules
Prohibited Use
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access the platform
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
- Attempting to disrupt, damage, or interfere with platform systems
- Registering an account using a false identity or another person's information
- Sharing or selling your account to a third party
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the won555 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring all deposits are made using valid payment methods registered in their own name.
Deposits can be made via Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, and other available local payment methods. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are subject to change from time to time.
Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit. won555 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal to ensure transaction security.
Any transactions suspected of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities. Associated balances will be frozen pending the outcome of the investigation.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Account Policy

Won555 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including technical disruptions, data loss, or unforeseen financial losses.
This platform is provided on an "as is" basis. won555 does not guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption or free from technical errors. We will endeavour to restore service as quickly as possible in the event of any disruption.
Intellectual Property
All content on the won555 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of won555 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law.
Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, publish, or distribute any platform content without prior written consent from won555.
Account Suspension & Closure
Won555 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of a terms violation, fraud, illegal activity, or conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users.
Users whose accounts have been closed due to terms violations are not entitled to any compensation or refund of balances that may have been withheld as a result of suspicious activity.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. won555 reserves the right to update these terms at any time with notice via the platform.
